Introduction of the owner....

As you read this, there are probably some people looking at this and going "A-weeeh?" ( <-- a confused and strange way of saying "A what...?" ) and wondering what the use is for this blog. Before you completely think this is stupid, let me explain.




I go by the name Koneko ( It's suppose to mean kitten in Japanese ), but you could call me Kitty if you prefer.
I created this blog as a place share my random little spritz of joys that come to mind, as well as the adorable figurines that arrive at my front door!


Currently I collect mainly figma's, nendoroids, and petite nendoroids, but I'm hoping that I will be able to afford an actual 1/8th scale figure sometime soon.

I also love all types of anime and manga of all different genres. My first anime was Sailor moon and I hope I never have to name my last!
I hate to watch anime that has been dubbed, because I prefer to hear the lovely original voice acting and see the subtitles that go with. Even though I hate dubbed anime, I lack the ability to read the original format of most manga. Yes...., I'll admit it flat out, my Japanese is terrible! I can totally pronounce the words, but when it comes to remembering the words, I epically fail!


Back to the subject of figurines:
My figurine collection is not large at all ( Eh, I might as well put that up front ), but I do intend to buy more. Until I purchase any more figurines, I'm going to do separate reviews on the figurines I currently own. I'll be reviewing: character accuracy, sturdiness, paint job, accessories, and what they may/may not have needed to improve. I'll also grade them on a scale of 1-10, 10 being "totally worth the buy!", and 1 being "all looks, but not worth the price".

Yes, yes, I will be doing another blog later that explains my weird title for my blog, and I'll also be redecorating and jazzing up the page as well. It will take some time, but please bare with me!
